Anaerobic training is your body's ability to exercise without oxygen. It involves short, intense movement (sprints, for example) where your body does not have time to replenish oxygen by breathing.

It is exercise which involves dancing and making moves which burn calories just like jogging or walking does. The music creates an entertaining mood in the exercises and this makes it easier and entertaining in a way that one does not approach exercise with anxiety and immediate expectactions, but it becomes a way of life which culminates in good health.
