There are many free patterns on the internet. But I would buy a few bibs and copy the pattern. Also hand towels make a creat bib. You cut a hole the size of a babies head and sew stretch cuff material around the hole. This slips over the head. You can decorate with what ever you want.

One of the easiest, and most useful types of bib is made from a simple hand towel. Folded in half, a circle is cut out of the center, then hemmed.

Any kitchen towel can be turned into a bib. Cut a whole in the center of the towel, decorate the front and the edges, add trim around the open hole.
