Ampheatmine produces "wakefulness" and it used in preparations for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, which is, coincidentally, an illness of impaired attention and wakefulness. You can find Amphetamines in preparations such as Adderall, Vyvanse, and Dexadrine, among many others. Amphetamines also have illicit uses that are not FDA approved uses, such as when used for extended study periods.
