It is a skin condition that is usually associated with various viral conditions. The main symptom is a rash that is not itchy. It is not treated on its own, rather the infection will be treated, so how you can help depends on the infection causing it

Acrodermatitis is a mild self-limiting skin condition. It can be associated with hepatitis b or Epstein Barr virus. In this case your friend will need to see her doctor.

It is a skin condition, usually found in children, where small, reddish lesions appear in a line on both sides of the face. The condition is also accompanied by symptoms of fever and malaise. The cause is not completely known, but there has been evidence of a link to hepatitis B and other viral infections.

It's an irritation or rash of the skin that often accompanies some other infectious disease. Generally, acrodermatitis isn't dangerous so doctors will only treat the underlying cause with prescription drugs.
