Radiotelegraph has been broadly defined as the transmission of words using radio frequency. There is no actual physical transference of the words from one location to another. Examples of radiotelegraphy would be text messages, facsimiles, email messages and computer networks. Any transmission of words using a radio or wireless system would qualify as radiotelegraph.

A radiotelegraph is just any type of telegraph, or a device that transmits and receives messages over long distance, that performs wireless. This just means it works by using radio waves instead of through wires. Examples include faxes, e-mails, wireless telephones, or computer networks.
