It is an engine that runs on water. Inside the engine the water is converted into hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen is explosive and oxygen (air) feeds a fire. The combination of hydrogen and oxygen is then turned into a water vapor which becomes the source of energy for the combustion to take place. The vapor ignites and the car starts.
