A natural thyroid replacement is a thyroid replacement derived from thyroid hormone from dried pig thyroid glands. Unlike synthetic thyroid replacement supplements, it is thought that the dried pig thyroid glands are closest to human thyroid hormone. Natural thyroid supplements are also thought to provide all thyroid hormones and not just specifically T3 or T4 as in synthetic replacements.
