Taking into consideration mileage, age, and condition of the car, a 1989 Nissan Sentra should retail in the range of $1,000 to $1,300 depending on where the automobile is purchased. These prices are indicative of offers car dealerships provide. Private sellers may be a cheaper option.

I wouldn't pay more then 500 dollars for one of these. My parents bought one brand new for 5,000 dollars. These cars are very weak and can easily break apart.

As a 21 year old entry level econobox car, a 1989 Nissan Sentra is not particularly valuable. At that age, even finding a Sentra that isn't a rust bucket or that has been thrashed to death will be hard. I wouldn't pay more than $1000, depending on mileage and options.

Most people would feel that somewhere between five hundred to one thoulsand dollors would be a good price for that particular vehicle.

If the car is a well maintained one, I think the most I'd pay would be USD $800. But if it seems bad, then the fair price would be 600.
