Using a triple biotic ointment will not only keep infections away but it has been proven to help heal cuts and scrapes faster. Making sure that you keep a clean dressing on it will help it to not get infected as well. In the end cuts just take a little while to heal.

The best way to help any ailment is good nutrition and sleep. Good food supplies the nurtrients your body needs to function, and sleep is when your body puts all of its energy to cell reproduction and fixing. Otherwise, try Neosporin products, aloe vera products(try to fresh plant! ), and Bandaids.

Cuts heal quicker when they are covered and allowed to heal without infection. One of the best ways to do this is the use of wound sealers, otherwise known as superglue. There are several brands on the market that can be applied to a cut to form a synthetic skin, other ways include bandages and simply hygiene.

I swear, aloe is amazing. You can buy the fresh stuff at markets like whole foods, you get a honking leaf of it, all you have to do is lop it in half length wise and scoop out the clear pulp, and viola. You can also get various ointments and treatments which are not 100% aloe, but contain enough.

You'll probably laugh but oddly enough honey helps. It has antibiotic and antibacterial agents and is probably one of the oldest remedies for shallow cuts.
