Your period should come around about the same time as before, but it may come a few days early or late. You will also be unprotected from pregnancy.

You should not have any withdrawal symptoms after cessation of birth control medication. If you do, contact your doctor. The only side effect will be pregnancy is you have unprotected sex.

Make sure you use protection if you don't want to get pregnant. If you stop taking the pills they basically loose effect right away. It will take a few months for your cycle to become regular again. You may not bleed for a month or two after you are off these pills.
