Fruits include apple, pine apple, blue berry, tomato, papaya and kiwi. Vegetables embrace onion, kelp and corn. Others like oatmeal, garlic, sea cucumber, milk, pure water,prune and sweet potato are also helpful. Coffee can also do that but you had better have it less than three cups every day.
