Self-esteem improves when there is weight loss. People who lose weight in a healthy way will have healthier skin and a higher energy level. Happiness increases and people notice.

When you lose weight, you're burning more energy (calories) in a period of time than you're consuming. Since your body isnt getting the sufficient amount of energy it needs to function from the food you eat, it taps into fat reserves and burns that as fuel instead.

There are two kinds of loosing weight.One which you loose by doing exercises and eating good food and the other is not eating. The metabolic rate of the body will be increased as part of your exercises, and good food fuels the muscle. However, when you do not eat the body uses the energy from muscle and then the fat.
