What does "turnover" mean as an employment term?

This term "turnover" means the rate of employees coming and going from this job is either high, or low depending on if they say they have a "high turnover" or "low turnover" a "low turnover" means the employees typically stay with this employer, so it may be a good job. Good luck.

It depends on how the word "turnover" is used - if it is said that a company has a "high" turnover rate, this generally means that employees quit or are fired frequently - if it is said that a company has a "low" turnover rate, then this generally means that employees stay at the company for longer periods.
