What most people mean is trying to reduce fat in a certain part of the body (say the stomach or arms). This is pretty much a myth and impossible to do. They body does not deposit fat in all areas equally, but it draws fat from all areas pretty much equally. Overall weight loss is the only real option.

This simply means a weight you are hoping to achieve at the end of your diet and exercise regime that you feel would be realistic.

Targeted weight loss is like spot reduction from a specific area. It is a myth. You can't reduce weight from one area without overall weight loss.
