Spotting when you are pregnant is rare, but not unseen. Clots are a different thing because even though they are discharging, it may be a milestone to something worse. Call your doctor and ask him what can you do about it.

This could mean many things, it may be a sign of infection or it could be a sign of miscarriage or an eptopic pregnancy. It could be all or none of these things but losing any clots does mean that a medical visit is in order to get checked out, also try and monitor the amount you are losing.

It could be benign from placental formation, but you should see you doctor to evauluate for more concerning causes like placental abruption or the placenta growing over the cervix or any other intrauterine abnormalities.

It can mean a number of things. It could be implantation bleeding of some sort, or it could be your body's response to pregnancy hormone fluctuations. Since there is no way to know what is going on at home, your best bet is to talk to your doctor.

If you are very worried call your gynecologist, don't wait because you want to be 'strong' especially when you are pregnant for the first time. Now if the cloths are dark red / brownish it is usually old blood. If it is bright red CALL your gynecologist right away!

It could be normal, but it is also very hard to tell. If you are worried a trip and/or a call to your ob/gyn or midwife's office might be in order. Every pregnancy is different so it is hard to tell exactly why this is happening. If you don't want to wait go to an ER or Urgent Care.

Tiny clots in early pregnancy can be a few things. Unfortunitly, it can mean that the baby is discharging itself from your body. It can also mean that old blood in your body is trying to rid itself because it isnt needed. Going to your OB/GYN would be the best thing for you to do right away.

It could be "old blood" as they say - blood from your last period that didn't completely make it out, and has now been expelled by the pregnancy.

It can be normal for women to spot or have small amounts of bleeding. Clotting may be a much more serious problem. It could be a sign of miscarriage.
