What does FICO stand for?

Fair Isaac and Company? Or Fair Isaac Corporation? Seems the former is listed on their site, but seems the latter has more instances on the internet. Which is it, and why is there the difference?

FICO stands for Fair Isaac Company, that is the credit company that process our scores. I'm not sure why difference results would present themselves.

The Fair Isaac Company was legally established as a corporation in 1956. A company is another name for a corporation. Incorporating limits the personal liability of the company owners.
