In a word, no. These sapphires are the rarest and are a "pinkish orange." color. The word padparadscha comes from the lotus flower, but many of these flowers come in different colors, so you have to look at the rough Padparadscha to get a true color many of which are very rare.

Padparadscha is a name for a Sapphire that is orangy or pinky in color. They are not blue. The color depends on the chemicals present in the gem. A really red in tone sapphire is actually a ruby. A padparadscha is on its way to being a ruby, but not quite there.
