What do I need to include in a consignment agreement?

Include details of what is being consigned. Include photographs if possible. State the arrangement for the sale of the product, your policy regarding returns and who will be responsible for damage/theft to the item while it is in the possession of the consignee. Spell out everything discussed relative to the agreement.

It is a contract. Think through all the possibilities and include them. What about returns? Damage in the store? How long will the items be in the shop? Payment?
