If your dog doesn't have any wounds or any nettles stuck in him just keep an eye on him to make sure he remains ok. If he does have any wounds or nettles stuck in him take him to a vet to get checked and the wounds cleaned and the nettles removed.

Do a web search for homeopathis remidies for it I know there is a plant that grows with them that stops and takes care of the stings from the nettle.

Use Anthisan or any antihistimine cream. It soothes irritation and has a pleasant smell to distract the mind away from irritation. Its easily available at all chemist stores.

If your dog gets into stinging nettle, you can make a paste out of baking soda and water. Apply it to the rash immediately. Burdock is also effective in soothing the rash.

Prepare a bowl or bath of warm saltwater, using a soft bristled brush gently stroke outwards of the paw to prevent stingers from getting in deeper. Make sure to keep going in one direction, after you think you have removed the stinger, gently rub their paws with an antihistimine cream, and then wrap in an old sock.
