Chiropractors are health care professionals that treat and prevent disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. They believe that these disorders can effect our general health by way of the nervous system. Treatment involves manual manipulation of the spine, joints and soft tissue. It is considered an alternative medicine to many outside the field.

These people help align the bones in the body. If you have a chronic stiff neck, for example, then a chiropractor will be able to adjust or re-align your neck bones properly and relieve the pain.
