There are over 100 countries that have extradition treaties with the USA. Many other countries do not have extradition treaties but do have diplomatic relations. Three countries-North Korea, Bhutan, and Iran have neither with the USA>

Tricky conditions for a simple question considering the US have this kind of treaty with more than 160 countries therefore simply listing all of them would require more words than allowed.

Google this phrase (in quotes): Extradition To and From the United States: Overview of the Law and Recent Treaties. What you are looking for is at the bottom of it.

The list of counties that have extradition treaties with the U. S. , or diplomatic relations that would allow extradition under some circumstances, is really long. It's much easier to name those that don't: Bhutan, Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.
