You might have cut down on sweets, junk food, fast food and don't realize it. Or it could be a sign of diabetes and other diseases. The best advice would be to see your doctor as soon as you can so he can run test and rule out any problems.

There could be many causes, such as getting slightly less sleep or taking certain medicines that decrease hunger such as Adderal. Worst case scenario would be hyperthyroidism or cancer.

A cold or flu may decrease appetite, as may a change in the weather, either hot or cold. This causes less eating, or changes in metabolism that will translate in losing weight. Also, dehydration can make the scale show a drop in weight.

Getting more sleep when you usually don't get enough. Getting way too little sleep. Cold, flue, minor illness. Change in diet. Not just getting less calories or poor food. If you have bad eating habits to begin with, eating healthier food. Stress, weather changes, fluid loss. Lots of things can influence weight. For your specific cause, consult a health proffesional.
