Eardrum problems may come about for a variety of reasons. One may puncture the eardrum with an object or suffer damage from loud noises or changes in pressure. The eardrum is a thin membrane prone susceptable to damage at all stages in life.

There could be lots of things causing said problems. One could be you have access earwax and it's hitting your eardrum. Another one could be simply you have an ear infection.

you have not mention the problem clearly even then I guess you have eardrum ache, This caused because of excess cold or you are sleeping directly under ceiling fan. It is better to keep some cotton in your ear opening so that you problem will be solved.

There could be a lot of accumulated wax that needs to be cleaned by an expert or there could also be some infection.

one of my ears makes a sound like a drum skin being tapped or an infalted balloon being touched..it started after I got out of the shower and is still happening now after about half an hour.
