Your rabbit could have a health problem. It could be from fleas, nats and flies. You need to take the rabbit to the vet for them to diagnose the problem and get him some medicine.

for a rabbit with bumps on his ears my advice is to take him to the vet and see what the doctor diagnosis it. there is nothing you, being the caretaker to do so bring it in have, the rabbit get examined and let it rest with whatever is wrong with it.
