It depends on the main or background color of the dress. If the background color is cream, then a pair of nice cream shoes would look best.

I would say a nice cream/ivory colored shoe would be good for that kind of dress. Also maybe a silver/metallic shoe or a black shoe sounds good.

I would have to say a nice pair of red pumps would look great with the dress. If you can't find nice red pumps I know black pumps would look nice as well.

If you can find the exact red or cream color as the dress that would go best. If not, then you could do clear or match your accessories color.
