Hazel eyes look beautiful in nuetral colors and purple also makes a stunning contrast to them. For your lipstick color i would say a vibrant pink, rose, or strong red.

Neutral lipsticks and blush look nice with hazel eyes. You should really accentuate your eyes and spend less time on your face.
