A few things can cause this, or little bumps that look like pimples, such as; Shaving, deodorant, lotion or other skin product reactions, stress, or excessive sweating/dirt. Try shaving less or waxing if possible, and use a sensitive skin deodorant that prevents perspiration. Remember to scrub your under-arms every day to clear the pores from deodorants, lotions, and sweat.

Underarm pimples can be caused from over sweating and then not being able to "breathe". Your arm is in contact with the side of your body making it to where the glands can not release thus causing a pimple, or just like any other pimple your body is not being cleaned properly.

It could be a reaction to your deodorant. Try using a different kind or brand. If it continues, see a doctor. You may also not be using enough deodorant, make sure to do that and also change your shirt every day, especially if you're exercising and work up a sweat.
