Your breasts may leak colostrum, which is a nutrient dense liquid food your breasts will produce before your milk comes in, during the later part of pregnancy, or during labor. It is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

The hormone, Oxytocin, which causes labor contractions, also causes the milk (or colostrum) to "let down." Nothing to be concerned about, just your body getting ready for the baby!
