This is a fast growing, lush lovely cover plant Hedera Helix, grows well in shade, rapid growth and tolerates city conditions. It is winter hardy. Plant 2" apart in sun or shade, but be careful- this plant can take over quickly and become quite a pest.

Ivy can be invasive. It will quickly cover your fence, and may spread to other areas. Ivy usually needs no special fertilizer, but composted steer or chicken manure will provide a quick boost of nitrogen if needed.

This is a vigorous growing plant and should only be planted if you are certain that it will not need to be removed.
