What can you do to prevent sunburn on your face?

I always get burned there--even when I use sunscreen.

I've had a similar experience. I found that I sweat off even waterproof sunscreens quite quickly. And remember - it takes 20 to 30 minutes for sunscreens to bond with the skin and start working, so apply well in advance of sun exposure. And now I wear a broad-brimmed hat.

When using sunscreen, you may consider using a higher SPF. Remember that you must reapply often for maximum effectiveness. For extra protection, a visor or cap is always a good for shielding your skin against those damaging rays.

The best way to avoid sunburn is to limit exposure. Consider a broad-brimmed hat, perhaps a baseball cap. Umbrellas or other shade is also an option.

The easiest way to prevent sunburn is to stay out of the sun. Or else, use sunscreen and a hat with a large brim that shades your face.
