What can I do if my PSU doesn't work with my amp?

Check if the PSU is compatible with the amp network. Troubleshoot the connectivity and change the power supply unit accordingly. Try the website for power supply problems.

If your PSU doesn't work with your amp, you will have to replace one of them. Don't try to modify either; you'll either end up severely electrocuted or simply with broken equipment.

Well if it is not working with your amplifier, then you want to replace the parts and wire it accordingly.

Find out how mush power the amp requires, and the appropriate supply voltage for the amp. Find a supply that meets these needs plus 20%.

what you can do is buy yourself a electronic multimeter(its afordable) open your amp, you will need screw drivers , remove the cover carefully, and remember to unplug the wires before you do this. turn the multimeter to continuity mode and test between two different points, if you suspect there anything wrong. you can google on multimeter for more info.

You could fire one of them and hire a new one or try to reason with them that they need to work together in order to keep their job if they want to continue to work with you. If they don't comply, then fire both of them and get new ones.
