all little kids have nightmares. the best thing i can suggest is to comfort them when they wake up in the middle of the night. you could also try to pin point why they are having nightmares, is it a fod allergy, scary tv late at night, or is there something paranormal in your house??

Tell him that it is only a dream, and that everything is going to be okay. If it persists, perhaps sleep in your bed with him or his.

Ask that person to not think anything horrible. Try to make their mind free from all those things. Better ask them to concentrate their mind in some other good things like entertainment and all. Maximum should try to be with some peoples... after that surely it will be cure because I too had that problem and I got relieved…

One of the best things you can do is talk to him/her about the nightmare, then let them know that it is merely a dream and nothing to be afraid of. It's also good to assure your child that they can come to you whenever they're scared.
