A crystal clear pond would be very hard to achieve if you have mud at the bottom, however if you have sand at the bottom it maybe possible. Change the water in the pond frequently and use a protein extractor.

This color of water would indicate there is dirt and/or leaf debris somewhere. Clean the filter but take the least dirty pads and clean with the pond water. Then apply Natural Clear Pond Treatment according to directions, making sure pond has sufficient aeration. Vacuum pond with shop vac, getting loose debris. Don't scrub, as good bacteria is beneficial!

The tea color of your pond comes from tannins leaching out of leaves and wood in the water. You can fix this by doing several water changes.

A really clear pond is next to unheard of if it has a mud bottom you are really in trouble because mud creates sledge and that stuff is a nightmare to have removed if it is gravel or sand then you have a chance.

You need to try using a activated coated carbon filter in your pump. Decaying leaves and mulch in you pond if often the cause of this.

Tea color pond water needs to be crystal clear for sure. If it is that color, that means that it is lacking nutrients and cultivation. Well, first of all, drain the water from the pond and place new water. Then also place some vinegar in the water as well as alkaline substances.

You can start by treating your pond if its not connected to a fresh supply of water as this is caused by ph changes due to bacteria and other microbes present in it.The microbes causes the p.h to become acidic hence the color in the pond water if its not treated.
