There are a few things you can do to help these cramps. You can do a mild exercise which will help. Also using a hot water bottle or heating pad on your abdomen. Taking extra vitamins such as calcium, magnesium and vitamin D can help. Also you can take birth control, which helps.

Severe cramps can be eased with an over the counter pain medication, such as Ibuprofin, and relaxing with a heating pad. If they are very severe, talk to a doctor.

Doctors will prescribe birth control pills, but this only masks the problem and sometimes doesn't help at all. You probably have endometriosis. The only way to diagnose is with surgery.

You can go to your doctor and your doctor should prescribe you some type of pain medication if over-the-counter medications aren't working.

Birth control is a good way to regulate your period and prevent menstrual cramps. Cranberry juice can also be quite effective in reducing pain and cramps. Laying down for a moment also helps.
