The will power from you is very critical, it is only you who can solve your addiction, If the addiction is severe you should enroll yourself in rehabilitation center to properly administer the right program for you. Think about your love ones, they will motivate you. They are hurting too

Get help -- you cannot do this alone. Look for a Narcotics Anonymous group and professional help or rehab around where you live. If you have a doctor, ask him/her.

Depending on where you live, many programs may be available to help you. You can try searching on the internet for rehabilitation centers or see your local doctor. There are also numerous helplines available which may give you advice.

If you have a true desire to break your addiction to heroin you have taken a huge step in the right direction. I would suggest to you that you contact a local outreach program for drug abusers, they are trained to help people shake their addictions. Check your local phone book or social services. They can refer you to help.

You have already taken the first step. You admitted that you have a problem and want help. You should try to get into a rehab center. You should also go to counseling so that you have someone to talk to.

Go to a methadone clinic, then talk to a counselor there for treatment options such as methadone. If methadone is not an option, they can still refer you to an appropriate medical clinic or doctor.
