Actually, the black mold is not a big problem for the yard soil. However, if you really hate it you can buy some products from the store that are really effective against black mold.

Mold trives in the same areas that moss will and you can begin by applying a moss killer to your soil. Also, adding lime and better drainage, changing the acidity of the soil will help.

Black mold can be killed off your soil by application of a mixture of one part water, one part bleach which is then sprayed on the affected areas.
