This could be due to dry skin or Eczema. The drying of the skin can sometimes cause dry brown patches. To be sure it's not something else, visit you doctor.

Spots can be a result of too much sun exposure or a natural part of aging. It could also be contact dermatitis or even a fungal infection. Some spots can mean something serious so it may be worth getting your doctor's opinion.Bra irritation can be the culprit are a long while of rubbing the delicate skin.

Dead skin may be to blame for this. In addition, if you go to the tanning bed or otherwise tan topless you can get sunspots in these areas.
