Last stages involve abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, back pain, nausea, vomiting and excessive sleeping from all the pain medicines. The appetite is usually surpressed and you don't want anything to eat as it makes you sick and hurt more. Being cold to the touch on the arms and legs also signifies decreased blood flow.

The last stages of colon cancer interfere with routine body functions as well as tending to be painful. Voiding may prove to be painfula and tinted with blood. Sedatives are strongly encouraged in the final stages

Persons suffering through the final stages of colon cancer often have problems with blood in their stools or frequent lower gastrointestinal tract bleeding. They usually lose their appetite and find themselves unable to eat or keep food down. Nausea and vomiting is often a problem, as well as dehydration. This can sometimes be quite painful.
