Blackberry makes quite a few. The Electron, Pearl, Pearl Flip, 88XX, Curve, Bold, Storm, Storm2, Tour, Style and Torch; these are the Blackberry models with external number keypads. They make a smaller key pad brand, a large keypad even digital, flip and switch phone which converts from phone to keyboard.

Well I'm not sure about brands but a lot of them are exported from China. You can get some of these exported ones on ebay at great prices and half the cost.
