What are tye symptoms of fibromyalgia?

I think that I may have fibromyalgia and would like to learn more about it.

Fibromyalgia can be hard to pinpoint because similarity of symptoms to other diseases. Here are some: widespread pain, nausea, sleep problems, dizziness, morning stiffness, fatigue, weight problems and muscle twitches.

The symptoms of fibromyalgia are generalized pain throughout the body with 13 specific trigger points in the neck,shoulders,hips,knees,and elbows. Fatigue,irritable bowel syndorme often accompany fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is constant pain of varying degrees and stiffness particularly in the morning that has no physical cause, often accompanied by depression. Doctors make the diagnosis after eliminating all other possibilities.

A friend was diagnosed with that. She has severe joint pain. Is always tired and has no apetite at all, she lost over twenty pounds. She also has insomnia and some anxiety. The first doctors did all kinds of tests and could not find anything specifically. But this last doctor whent through the list of her symptoms and diganosed her.
