You must have ants in your pantry, if it is summer or spring. Ants go into your pantry and eat all your food. To get rid of them all you have to do is get ant poison or call the exterminator.

Black bugs are know to infest pantries. They tend to thrive on grains. It is best to throw out all infested food products and restock. Make sure all food is placed in closed/sealed containers.

Pantry bugs are brought in with certain foods such as cereal, flour, grain products, etc.. I would guess, not knowing what you keep in your pantry that the black bugs are flour beetles or weevils. The best way to keep them out is to double bag items after you open them.
