In Fanconi syndrome, proximal tubular function of the kidneys is impaired, which causes substances to be released in urine and not in blood. Urinating frequently is the most common symptom.

Franconi's syndrome is a disorder where certain vitamins and minerals appear in the urine rather then being absorbed by the bloodstream. Some symptoms of Franconi's syndrome are weakness or tiredness, bone pain, and frequent urinating consisting of large amounts. Franconi's syndrome can be diagnosed by several tests and should be treated immediately.

I think you misspelled the word, it's Fanconi's.It is characterized by a cluster of symptoms affecting the kidneys, specifically the proximal convoluted tubules which filters, absorbs and secretes acids. The symptoms are: acidosis, polyuria, dehydration, polydypsia, growth failure in children. Filtration is affected therefore compounds not normally excreted comes out with urination. Symptoms include: glycosuria, proteinuria, hypokalemia, hypophosphatemia, hyperuricosuria, hyperchloremia.

Didn't find Franconi's Syndrome, but Fanconi's is a kidney disorder characterized by increased thirst, increased urination and dehydration. It impairs the absorption and utilization of a number of electrolytes.
