What are the rules for returning wedding gifts if you get divorced?

If you've been married less than a year, you should probably attempt to return any gifts still in reasonably good condition to the givers.

Conventional wisdom says if you are married less than a year to return the wedding gifts. People might not want certain things back used so return what you can or go out and buy new things and give them back. Some people may not want it back but the gesture is nice.

if u get divorced then u have to divide your wedding gifts at 50-50% ratio. or u can give all the gifts to your partner or u keep all the gifts. its the desion of both the husband and wife, that what to do with gifts. u can also keep the gits only which are given at your side only.

if you are getting divorced you have to return all wedding gifts given to you from all relatives and friends of your wife.
