Scrum is a highly interactive development methodology often used for software. Teams of 5-9 multifunctional members define and achieve specific incremental improvements to the product in a "sprint" of uninterrupted work lasting 2-4 weeks. Product requirements are reviewed and revised between sprints. Scrum is a collaborative agile product development method.

Scrum process template for solving and managing problems has a project owner, ScrumMaster, ScrumTeam. It iterates while making incremental improvements with each cycle. Scrum has three phases: pregame (planning, design), game(develop/adjust) and postgame(integration, test, document, train, and market). The Scrum process is done in a fixed time - solution will work, though with varying functionality.
