What are the most effective crash diets?

I need to lose weight fast.

The most effective crash diet is the cabbage soup diet.Or you can try a water fast for 14 days, you will lose lots of weight in the first three to four days.Another good one is the rollercoaster diet. That diet consists of tricking your bodys, metabolism into burning more then what you eat.

While not healthy in the long run, try eating only low calorie soup for a few day or how ever long you have. Also, make sure you exercise daily

Crash diets are dangerous and you probably shouldn't do this but if you absolutely have to, you can try the Slim Fast, which replaces 2 meals a day with their shake. You can also go "carb free" which has proven to work but the weight will come right back when you eat them again.

I'd strongly caution against going on any sort of a crash diet, but, if you insist, I'd simply recommend buying a bunch of fruits and vegetables and eating nothing but them and a few servings of whole grains a day (whole grain breads, pasta, etc.). You can feel like you're eating a lot but those foods have very little calories.

There are no effective crash diets, only fads that are dangerous and can cause serious health problems, even endanger one's life. Portion control, healthy eating and exercise are the keys.
