If you have a hard time gaining weight. Eat, Eat, Eat, & Eat some More! If you are a hard gainer you need to have a healthy well balanced diet coupled with cardiovascular and resistance training. When it comes to the weightroom i.e. resistance training hit big muscle groups...Chest, Back, Legs, Arms & lift HEAVY do 5 sets of 5!

The "classic" Hardgainer work out is a fully body work out done at a most a week,and in some cases once every 4-5 days.
