You are not a statistic. Your situation is specific to you, so even if three other women remarried their ex-husbands it doesn't mean you should. There is usually a very good reason why you divorced in the first place. Besides, it's perfectly fine to spend time together (with boundaries).

And you would be right. It is not such an good idea, because it did not work out the first time. But, in life, crazy things happen. It just so happens that there are not many statistics on women remarrying their exes, mainly because it is a rare act of stupidity.
