There are many different kashrut agencies in the world based on location and level of observance (Orthodox, Conservative, Reform). The Orthodox ones are usually considered the most strict and the most reliable. In the US the most known agencies are Star-K, OU, Star-D, KO. They are recognizible by a little sign on a product package.

Kashrus agencies are listed on the site. There are agencies in every state in the U.S. and throughout the world as well. The website lets you tailor a search to pinpoint agencies in your area that can help with the certification of Kosher foods. Any Kosher certifying agency can be listed if it meets the requirements.

Therefore if you want to look at all of the different organizations go ahead on that website and you will get the complete all inclusive list. It has over 100 different agencies on there and you can google the website.

In addition to rabbis, kashrut agencies certify that foods meet Jewish dietary laws. Books of the Torah (specifically, Leviticus and Deuteronomy) guide many of these dietary laws.
