Nonrenewable energy resources include coal, oil, and natural gas. 1. Coal emits carbon in the atmosphere which creates pollution. 2. Demand is more but supply is less. So alternate method like biofuel should be found out. 3. Maintenance and monitoring these resources to prevent leaks and explosions is a challenge.

These resources have to be managed by everyone involved. This includes the auto industry, to the slash and burn farmers in the Amazon. Everyone must take part in order to preserve these resources. This will be a challenge for everyone involved.

The main problem is the supply. We have used up most locally and easilly available non renewables and have to buy them from overseas or aquire from underwater etc.

Nonrenewable energy resources like nuclear power and fossil fuels have two common challenges that stem from their use. One of these is the harm that the by products of using them may cause the environment. Example: carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels is a contributing factor in global warming. And the other is the disposal or storage of waste products.
