While they aren't always fashionable, Easyspirit carries a line of non-slip tennis shoes that are extraordinarily comfortable. They are marketed for older people, but work great for a restaurant worker.

Many general retail stores sell non-slip shoes in black and white (as a standard for the workplace). You may want to see which color is required by your work.

You can get sneakers with non-stick soles, but that will only work depending on your dresscode. Clarks and Privos offer non-stick soles and some of their shoes are a little bit dressier. Also consider looking at what they sell and market to nurses. Dankso clogs are expensive, but are popular for their comfort and grippy soles.

You should probably buy safety slip shoes from either payless or shoes for crews. I know many people who are waitresses that have bought shoes from shoes for crews and think they are wonderful as far as no slop.
